Ulrike is THE female exception in the otherwise male dominated German Boogie Woogie family. The daughter of a Jazz band pianist, she grew up in Dresden, with the piano practically laid into her cradle. She met Vince Weber at his rare GDR tours, which convinced her about the Blues, to which she sticks ever since. Her powerful playing surprises the audience, quickly convincing them about her musical qualities. In 2011, she released her first CD, meanwhile she has a second one out "Jumpin' In The Darkness".
