Young pianist Stefan Ulbricht from Siegburg, near Bonn in Germany, admires and musically follows the "Boogie Woogie Trio". These piano heroes of the 1930s and 1940s defined the style forever: Albert Ammons, Pete Johnson and Meade "Lux" Lewis. Stefan likes to play solo, sometimes accompanied by Moritz Schloemer on the drums, or with other pianists. This can also be heard on several recordings. He has visited the Fabrik often as a guest and has participated in many sessions.
