Martin Schmitt from Munich plays piano since his childhood and started early to play Boogie Woogie. He has made a name for himself on festival stages all over Europe as a popular guest. Since several years, he concentrates on playing his own songs, mostly with witty German lyrics, which also made him known at the Comedian scene. The versatile pianist is equally at home with Stride piano or the Soul of Ray Charles. His carreer is highlighted by joint shows with internationally acclaimed artists, such as singer-songwriter Paul Carrack.
