The french pianist Julien Brunetau is also composer and arranger. He tours through France and the world sometimes solo or with his trio as well as together with the singer Nicolle Rochelle (Nikki et Jules). He is musically influenced by his american role models from New Orleans, New York City and the Mississippi areas. For his music he was awarded best Blues pianist in France.
